Are you passionate about ensuring customers have an effortless and connected claims experience, and help driving innovation in the insurance industry? Join us as the Claims Journey Lead. We have two roles on offer looking at both Motor and Home journeys.

In this role, you'll shape the future state of a customer's claims journey for both BAU and Event customers by being responsible for defining our 3–5-year roadmap for home or motor claims, while ensuring we deliver seamless and efficient end-to-end experiences. Collaborating with key stakeholders and technology partners, you'll align roadmaps and explore best practices and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences.

You'll look wider to global best practices, work alongside claims delivery teams, and use insights to tell the story of current and future customer experiences. As a key figure in the NZ claims team, you will articulate the vision of what our customer claims journey will be and the steps required for us to drive meaningful change. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to our IAG offices in New Zealand with a preference for Auckland or Christchurch.

In order to be successful in this role, you'll ideally meet the below criteria:
Experience in defining, planning, and shaping strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.Proven ability to foster a customer-centric environment.Developed leadership skills and experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively to meet shared goals.Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and respond to change, with a broad understanding of technology, business operations, program management, culture, and change.Significant operational experience in claims processes and strong commercial acumen.
