Are you passionate about ensuring customers have an effortless and connected claims experience, and help driving innovation in the insurance industry? Join us as the Claims Journey Lead. We have two roles on offer looking at both Motor and Home journeys.
In this role, you'll shape the future state of a customers claims journey for both BAU and Event customers by being responsible for defining our 3–5-year roadmap for home or motor claims, while ensuring we deliver seamless and efficient end-to-end experiences. Collaborating with key stakeholders and technology partners, you'll align roadmaps and explore best practices and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences.
You'll look wider to global best practises, work alongside claims delivery teams, and use insights to tell the story of current and future customer experiences. As a key figure in the NZ claims team, you will articulate the vision of what our customer claims journey will be and the steps required for us to drive meaningful change. If you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
