We're seeking an additional Claims Consultant to join our Claims Operations division.
You will handle a motor vehicle claim from end to end.
You will be a valued member of our tight-knit claims team.
This role reports to our Claims Manager.
This role involves: Oversee assigned claims from end to end.
Think outside the box in order to provide innovative solutions to our customers when they are moving through the claims process.
Liaise with brokers, assessors, customers and repairers to ensure great customer service.
You will demonstrate the following: Attentiveness : You are diligent, and driven with an eye for detail.
A customer focus : Attuned to our customer's needs.
An exceptional phone manner , along with excellent written communication skills.
Ability to combine accuracy with pace .
A multitasking mindset from someone that is organised yet creative and with excellent time management skills.
A sense of humour and an easy-going approach that will gel with the team immediately.
