The Claims Customer Agent is responsible for being the point of contact for our Multibrand Customers. This includes incoming and outbound calls. They will have the ability to review the life cycle of the customer claim and maintain up to date records of each notification to the final settlement. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate records, handling communications with customers, third parties and service providers, Ensuring compliance within company policies and industry standards related to damage and claims.Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes across the damage and claims function. Action daily incoming email and communications within 24-48 hours, Identify all communications and distribute to the relevant departments, creating a customer profile to capture all details to determine priority itemsWork with the customer correspondence manager to ensure all ACCC and NSW Trading escalated cases are immediately resolved, and VP & Legal Counsel are informed of any open/closed casesCollaborate with the Customer Care Centre and business outsourcing (BPO) partner to ensure consistency in claims processes.About You? To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an insurance or claims environment.Previous 1 – 3 years' experience in a contact centre functional environmentStrong organisational skills with attention to detailProficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone and written mannerSkilled Customer Service capabilitiesExpert problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.Skilled interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisionsAbout the Offer?
