We are looking for a Claims Consultant to join the Aioi Team which is an exciting role for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent time management skills and is outcome driven.

This role is key to the customers claim's experience, you will ensure the process is seamless and supportive as our customers rely on your expertise to proactively progress and manage claims in accordance with best practice, ensuring they are kept informed through appropriate channels and timeframes.
Claims Consultant As a Claims Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the claims experience liaising directly with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders.
You will; Proactively manage claims to completion delivering exceptional customer experience.Educate customers by explaining procedures, benefits, terms and answering questions, providing information regarding claims.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Deliver excellent customer service to our clients, claimants, and other relevant parties.Validate & accept claims in accordance with policy wordings.Perform analysis of legal liability related to accidents.
Negotiation of claims settlements.
Accurately document claims data, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.Meet predefined SLAs for proactive outbound communication and claim management.
Perform general administration tasks.
Process documentation and data entry Desired skills and experience: Can live our values which are Excellence, Driven, Integrity and Empathy.Experience in a claims role in the insurance industry preferable.Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.Sound computer skills – Windows and Office.Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong attention to detail.Strong decision-making skillsOutcome driven, with ability to exceed role expectation.
