Located in Rotorua, they serve the wider Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

Key Responsibilities: Processing Claims and Warranties: Ensure a smooth experience for customers with efficient handling of claims.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support our financial processes to keep operations running seamlessly.
High Volume Data Entry: Showcase your attention to detail in managing data effectively.
First Point of Contact for Customers: Be the friendly face or voice that makes a positive impression.
Responding to Customer Queries: Handle emails and phone calls with prompt, helpful responses.
Ordering Parts and Receipting Goods: Coordinate the ordering process and ensure accurate receipting of goods.
Providing Estimates and Assisting with Quotes: Help customers with estimates and support them through the quoting process.
Record Management: Keep customer and service-related information organized and up-to-date.
Liaising with Technicians: Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Coordination and Scheduling: Help manage scheduling for our other branch effectively.
General Administration Duties: Support various administrative tasks to keep the team on track.
What We're Looking For: Desire Electronics Knowledge: A sound understanding of electronics is a plus!
