They are seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in managing and delivering a variety of challenging projects in and around the Christchurch region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a civil contractor, focusing on bridges, dams, water treatment plants, and other concrete-based heavy civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil projects from inception to completionDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyOversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectivenessFoster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project outcomesProvide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams to optimize performance and achieve project goalsRequirements:
