Practical proficiency in planning and delivering a variety of asphalt and compaction procedures.
Demonstrate technical and practical experience on roading projects.

High standards in asphalt quality control.
Ensuring that the schedule is progressed in a timely manner by utilising the correct resources for the job.
Lead and manage a team of roading specialists.
