Ensuring that the schedule is progressed in a timely manner by utilising the correct resources for the job.
Lead and manage a team of roading specialists.
Ensure the method of high-quality and innovative of your roading experience comes through in your work.
Contributing and developing your teams in a professional manner.

You have extensive knowledge of asphalt and compaction.
