Civil Site Engineer

Position: Civil Site Engineer Number of Position Available: 1 Location: Auckland Region Payrate: $33.50 per hour Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30 Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 60 This is a full time permanent positions. Requirements Must have at least 3 years of work experience as civil site Engineer or Site Engineer or worked as engineer in civil contruction industry. Or Level 7 Relevant Qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Project Management or equivalent to New Zealand Level Bachelor's Degree. Your Duties will be: Monitoring onsite quality, recording, and ensuring all subcontractors and employees adhere to all OH &S requirements. Assisting in procurement, variations, payment claims, preparing schedules of quantities, cost tracking, and controlling. Setting out, surveying, and liaising with consultants and clients. Planning and organizing works and reporting work progress along with financial reports. Coordinating, scheduling, and supervising all subcontractors suppliers, and material deliveries. Site problem-solving, create a friendly environment with all staff, labour, and contractors. Operating machinery and supervising. Be a labour. Transport/ Truck driving tipper. Executing construction-related tasks such as material handling, concreting, grouting, machinery spotting, loading/unloading trucks, and trenching. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of worksites by clearing debris and rubbish. Following supervisors' instructions. Embracing additional tasks as assigned by management team. Very familiar with Topcon survey and CAD drawing. Work programming. QA work.
