Description Sick of internal meetings and the daily 7am - 5pm slog on site followed by a punishing Auckland commute in traffic home?
This leading boutique civil project management consultancy in Auckland specializes predominantly in subdivisions and commercial site works projects across Auckland.
Reporting to the Managing Director based in Christchurch, your role will be to assist the Project Manager running Auckland projects with autonomy in subdivisions and commercial site works. You will manage projects and client relationships in the way that best suits you.
You will be a skilled Project Engineer who can work on large land development or commercial site works projects or be spread across a number of smaller projects.
Minimum Requirements Ideally for this role you will have:
ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) and Development Management
Understanding of Consenting, Planning, Programming, and Tender processes
Quantity Surveying, Pricing, and Business Governance knowledge
Strong skills in Project Delivery, Land Acquisition, and Company system review
Experience in Accelerated Workflows and Complex Programme management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
