Ventia delivers long-term road network maintenance contracts to authorities across Australia.
For our motorways and tunnel clients, we provide asset maintenance for pavements, structures, mechanical ventilation, fire maintenance systems, as well as facilities management services, including cleaning.
If you are a seasoned Maintenance Manager with extensive civil, asset management and incident reporting experience, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Ventia offers you a flexible, supportive, and inclusive work environment Work with one of the largest essential service providers across Australia and New Zealand Full-time permanent position with career progression opportunities Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of assets as per the design for motorways and tunnels Schedule maintenance activities and ensure delivery within client requirements Drive excellence and provide a supportive environment to your team Contribution to operational updates Support a culture of "Safety & Health above all else" and environmental responsibility by adhering compliance with all company policies and procedures About you Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, or construction-related discipline 5 years + experience in asset management and internal reporting Experience working in Maximo is highly regarded Willingness to work 4-5 nights per quarter Supportive managerial approach About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
