The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreperson to join our Projects Department to support the delivery of a variety of projects for our clients.
We have a strong forward work programme to deliver for Local Council, Waka Kotahi and the Private Sector.
This role will see you leading an operational crew to deliver work on time, on budget and safely.
You will be coordinating plant, labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
Your talents will provide the team with an environment that puts safety and quality first.

We're looking for someone with: At least 5 years' experience in civil construction across a variety of projects Minimum full current class 1 licence WTR endorsements A background in retaining structures, temporary works, civil construction, earthworks and road construction Previous plant experience in a construction environment Proven experience in supervising and leading crews Ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation A can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve An unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to match Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
