Civil Foreman

Our client is a well-established drainage company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
They are looking for a hands-on Civil Foreman who shares their friendly, supportive, and committed to excellence values and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a crew on drainage and civil construction projects including subdivision projects
· Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
· Read and interpret plans and specifications to execute projects effectively.
· Operate machinery and assist the team with hands-on work as needed.
· Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
· Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team.
The ideal candidates will be/have:
· Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, preferably in drainage or civil works.
· Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to work.
· Proficiency in operating machinery and using tools related to drainage and civil works.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Commitment to maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
· Valid driver's license (additional licenses or tickets are a plus).
· Level 4 water ticket an advantage
