You will work on projects from conception until completion, collaborating with the experienced in-house planners and surveyors. The highly experienced principals of each sector not only provide a solid foundation for career development but also provide the capability to take on more challenging and complex projects that build on the team's skillset.
You willA recognized NZ Degree in Civil Engineering or overseas equivalentHave a minimum of 5 years of experience in the civil engineering fieldHave built up experience over a range of projects from residential to infrastructure worksExtensive expertise in civil engineering principles, codes, and standardsPossess excellent interpersonal skills along with an ability to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholdersAs the most senior engineer, you will be provided with leadership opportunities as the team grows and given the opportunity to develop your career as you identify your next steps. You will be working closely with the Head of Engineering and offers great potential for professional and leadership development. Your success in this position is dependent on exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
