A strong presence in the Land Development space, we are on the lookout for intermediate through to chartered (CPEng) Civil Engineers to join their Christchurch office. The Role: As a Civil Engineer, you will undertake and/or oversee complex engineering projects that require expert application of advanced engineering knowledge while ensuring revenue and invoicing requirements are met. You will also provide cultural and people leadership by continuing to mentor high performing teams in order to maintain employee engagement and efficient delivery of services to clients (with the support of the Directors). Key Skills: Minimum 3 plus years of industry consultancy experience as a Civil Engineer - particularly in the land development or infrastructure space Confident Civil 3d or 12D design skills are necessary AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS at an intermediate level would be preferred Experience running projects from start to finish including construction monitoring on small-large scale projects Ability to clearly communicate with clients and contractors Benefits: This company has a reputation for being a brilliant place to work and somewhere that really looks after their staff.
