Responsibilities:

Visit sites, ensure the contractor is doing the right things, run site meetings, take site notes, contract administration, prepare and manage payment schedules, issue notice to the contractor, oversee variation orders, and act as the engineer's representative to contracts.
Actively contribute to the successful control and completion of projects, including scoping, risk management, and participating in project briefings and reviews.
Provide professional civil engineering services, including design work using Civil 3D, analysis of engineering data, preparation of CAD drawings, specifications, and managing construction contracts.
Establish effective working relationships with clients and support business development strategies to maximize company revenue.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, comply with Health and Safety procedures, and observe all company policies and quality management requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in civil engineering, particularly in land development and local government infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on innovative solutions.
