Moving into a senior role in the company, you will naturally take on leadership duties of others who make up Graduate-Intermediate Civil Engineers/Designers or CAD Technicians. Key Skills Required: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field 4+ years of industry experience in Civil Design or Civil Engineering Strong communication both written and verbal to undertake business development duties A high-level technical skillset, competent using 12d or Civil 3d Proven project portfolio having worked with earthworks – green and brownfields, three-waters, and infrastructure Full NZ Perm Residency is a must Benefits: For providing your support to the wider business, they are offering a market-leading package and a pathway to Principal level positions in the business.
