Civil Disputes Solicitor

Working across Civil dispute matters, my client is looking for an experienced candidate excited by a new challenge that provides interesting and rewarding work, servicing clients across Canterbury and the West Coast. About the role This role is suitable for a Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE; my clients are also open to applicants at a more Senior level. You will cover a broad variety of Civil Dispute matters including Tenancy Law, Employment Law, Debt Disputes, Bankruptcy, Liquidation, and Consumer Law. In this role, you will work closely with Senior Lawyers to ensure services are going above and beyond for the local community while showing commitment and reflecting Te Tiriti o Waitangi. About you You will be community-driven with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience. Holding a current practicing certificate (or the ability to obtain one), you will be committed to building strong relationships within the local community. With excellent written and communication skills, the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of self-awareness and a drive to continue growing and developing skills. You will operate with initiative and demonstrate honesty and integrity while supporting the wider team where required.
