Civil Design Manager

The Company:This reputable engineering consultancy specializes in the design and delivery of both civil and structural projects across the country. With a strong pipeline of both private and government projects, this client is now looking to bring in additional resource in the land development team to ensure a high-quality product is produced.The Role:As Team Lead, you will work closely with the management/leadership team and help in quality assurance and project delivery from design through to construction monitoring & completion. This role will see you liaising with clients and other consultants whilst also interacting with contractors on site. You will use Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and relevant software to produce designs for residential and commercial subdivisions, minor roads and three waters components.
