We currently have a vacancy for a Civil Contract Manager based at our Oamaru depot. If you are looking for a new challenge with a friendly focused team then read on.
This key role will provide an experienced and operationally focused person the opportunity to be part of our team working on a variety of exciting projects within our Oamaru Branch.
We are diverse in the work we deliver around the North and East Otago areas, our team complete a variety of Civil Contracting projects ranging from minor car parks & footpath construction, road maintenance up to large multi-million dollar road rehabs and civil developments. Other projects also include 3 Water renewal projects supporting our 3 Waters Maintenance contract. Our traffic management team supports our local operation and is aways in demand, we want to develop this area of our business in the years ahead.
You will be required to lead a team of experienced staff working in the Contracting and Traffic Management areas of the business. This requires you to build relationships with clients, tender and quote jobs & projects, provide direction and operational know-how on site and finally complete monthly claims and other administration tasks. This role reports to the Branch Manager who leads a large team with a can-do attitude which is focused on providing great outcomes for the community that we live and work in.
