Civil Construction Supervisor

We are looking for self-motivated and diligent Civil Construction Supervisors who can motivate and manage a large crew at the project site.Job Requirements The candidate should be proficient in:1. Civil Infrastructure Works2. Drainage, Kerb and Channel, Footpath Works3. Road Maintenance Works4. Special Civil Projects5. Utility ConstructionThe candidate should be able to conduct the following tasks:1.Should be self-motivated, diligent and able to supervise, motivate and manage all crew at the project site.2. Manage all construction works undertaken by TIL.3.Ability to motivate site crew to ensure project specifications are met within the budgeted time frame.4. Ensure your crew is presentable at the site.5. Communicate effectively with project manager and directors.6. Daily completed work packages to be handed to the project managers.7. Provide independent professional advice.Liaising with other professionals involved in the project.8. Accuracy is crucial in order to avoid re-work. You would be liable for rectification of works if it is due to proven negligence on your part.9. Ensuring the quality and Health and Safety standards are adhered to.10.
