This role involves issuing stock using the Oracle Inventory System, stock picking, maintenance of records, and the efficient distribution of all goods issued from Inventory. This includes maintaining a customer-focused service with the highest professional service level to the organisation. You will be required to cover Inwards Goods, Cyclic Store staff, purchasing, and transport as needed.
This position requires physical lifting and regular walking between departments and stores. There is data entry and computer work, so some computer knowledge is required. As part of a team, you will be required to help with the everyday housekeeping of the department.
About You
We are looking for people with the following skills:
Previous Stores experience.
Oracle experience is beneficial, but in-house training on Oracle Inventory module and Bar Coding module will be provided.
Knowledge of hospital departments and wards is desirable.
Full Drivers Licence.
