(We are open to negotiate on fewer hours for the right applicant if that is their preference.) This role exists to:Ensure everyone who serves at LifeSwitch feels valued, connected, safe, and empowered.Ensure that they are well led, set up for success, and deliberately developed so they build skills and attitudes that will help them in every aspect of their life.Inspire people to follow Jesus by directing services that leave people wanting to come back and take their next step.All three of these are essential in positioning LifeSwitch to continue to grow. There is so much potential within the people who are currently part of LifeSwitch and who will be in the future. Focusing on enhancing our culture and establishing & implementing effective systems that reinforce the desired culture will enable us to maximize the potential of all our people and therefore us as an organization.This is a new role that has come about from splitting a previous role in order to prepare for and handle the continued growth we are experiencing.The TeamYou will be joining a cohesive, focused, and stable staff team who operate with a high trust model.
