What you will do… Responsible for managing a busy reception desk Welcoming visitors to our facility with a positive attitude Assisting residents and family members with inquiries Supporting the team with administrative tasks Receiving, sorting and distributing mail Registering staff rosters To be successful as a Unit Administratoryou will need…. Have empathy and respect for older people A commitment to high-quality customer service Strong organisational skills Experience with administrative and clerical procedures Sound computer abilities Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Be eligible to work in NZ We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that welcomes and values the individuality of our employees.
