Christmas Wrapping Station VolunteersChristmas cheer is taking over the CBD! The Christmas Wrapping & Community Pop-Up offers gift wrapping services for anyone buying presents in the CBD in the month of December. Enjoy music, theatre and dance performances every day at noon, as well as a Christmas Carol Competition.
When: 12 – 14 December (Thu/Fri/Sat) and 19 - 21 December (Thu/Fri/Sat), 11am – 3pm Whangarei CBD, Cameron Mall (Corner Cameron/John Street) We are looking for enthusiastic gift wrappers and community champions to support the station in the week before Christmas. No prior wrapping experience needed. We will offer a 1-hour gift wrapping workshop for all volunteers in the week leading up to the event.
RequirementsSomewhat handy with scissors, paper, and cloth.Friendly, with lots of holiday spirit.Time commitmentWe are still looking for help on all days.
Ideally, you are able to commit to one of the days for a 5-hour shift (10.30am – 3.30pm). We will provide lunch and drinks.
