We have some exciting roles just waiting for talented volunteers (LIKE YOU!) to jump in! Whether you've always dreamed of being part of the Christmas Parade or simply love the festive season, this is your chance to shine!
Here's what you can get involved with:
Dressing Up Characters: Help bring our parade characters to life!

Character Wearers: Should love entertaining children and crowds—no claustrophobia, please! We're looking for kids' costumes for ages 6 to 16.
Float Minders: Responsible for ensuring the float is complete and ready, supporting the driver and characters throughout the parade.
Important Reminders:
Wear sensible shoes, sunscreen, and a sunhat!
If you're assisting with costume dressing, opt for light clothing, like shorts and a t-shirt.
Most roles will provide a branded t-shirt and hi-vis vest.
Additional Notes:
Maintain a neat appearance (long hair should be tied up), and bring your friendly disposition!
Support personnel should be prepared to walk the length of Anglesea St.
Be ready to help with some breakdown after the event.
Stay tuned! We'll reach out to you via email with more details.
