Pascoes the Jewellers in Centre Place Hamilton are looking for energetic and enthusiastic team members to work throughout the coming Christmas period. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide top service to our customers and achieve all sale KPIs. Retail experience preferred but not essential as full training in sales, customer service, and product knowledge will be provided to assist you to be successful in your role. This is a fast paced role in a busy environment over the crazy Christmas period so our ideal candidate will work well under pressure be quick thinking and prepared to be on their feet for long periods of time.
In this role you will: Confidently and effectively provide excellent customer service Bring value and support to our team with a strong team player attitude Have great attention to detail, diligence and ability to maximise efficiency and time Understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures diligently and accurately Actively promote the store sales through in-store merchandising, displays and other activities Participate in developmental coaching from store leaders What you will bring to the role: Confidence and enthusiasm for selling Professionally presented, well-spoken and personable Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment Competent with technology and computer systems An ability to handle, understand, mitigate and solve customer complaints and enquiries Enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store A sense of humour, positive attitude and strong work ethic to fit in to our team We're after someone with initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligence, punctuality, and drive.
