Qualifications & experience
5yrs+ Tourism, Retail or Hospitality Management & Leadership experience
previous P&L responsibilities and commercial acumen
experience developing new revenue streams (strategy development & execution)
strong staff management/development
outstanding reporting and communication skills
team player
Tasks & responsibilities
Chocolate tours and retail strategy development & execution
Chocolate tours and retail financial objectives/Budget achievement
Staff training and management
Inventory management
Co-ordinating marketing of chocolate tours and retail through social media and stakeholder partnerships (incl influencer community, brand partners, tourism network)
Reporting
Part of wider WCF Management team, contributing to overall success of the business
Central City location
