Chinese Chef Wanted

KY Fast Food & Restaurant in Stratford is looking for a full-time manager to join us.  This is a full time position, you will work 30-40 hours per week on the roster (minimum 30 hours guarantee), immediate start, with hourly rate $28.20- $30.00, depends on your skills, qualification and work experience. At least 3 years work experience in cooking Chinese food in commercial kitchen is a must. Your will need to plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food in the restaurant. Your duties will include: planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures preparing and cooking food explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations may select and train staff may freeze and preserve foods any other duties that may be assigned by the owner.
