An exciting management opportunity is coming up. We are seeking a Chilled, Frozen & Liquor Manager to run these departments end to end for our valued customers. This role is a full-time, permanent position Sunday - Thursday. The Chilled, Frozen & Liquor Manager's role consists of, but is not limited to: Assisting to maximize sales whilst managing expenses. Buying and maintaining stock levels, managing out of stocks and wastage. Assisting with unloading stock. Ensuring all elements of health and safety and food safety are adhered to. Training team members. Doing everything possible for these departments and in the wider store when required, to ensure our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Experience in supermarket management, extensive FMCG experience, inventory control, or other managerial experience. SAP experience strongly preferred but not essential. Experience supervising and leading people preferred but not essential. Self-motivated individual with a great work ethic. Able to work within the parameters of a Food Safety Program. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst placing emphasis on Health and Safety policies and procedures. Physically fit and able to fulfill the requirements of the role. The ability to keep calm under pressure and work as a team.
