We require a Full time chilled assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for replenishing the stock.
This role involves the ongoing replenishment of the store, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring legislative compliance. It also includes working with the buyer to minimize out of stocks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other team members as directed.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Merchandising and store presentation that meets and exceeds customer needs.
Ability to build relationships with the wider team and leadership to achieve optimal results.
Coordinate the retrieval of stock from various locations for replenishment.
Work with team leaders, Buyer, and Operations Manager to prioritize replenishment of promotional lines and out of stocks.
Ensure all stock is efficiently located in the appropriate shelf/location in a timely manner while adhering to health and safety standards.
Minimize out of stocks and communicate effectively with the Buyer and stock controllers regarding stock or count data issues.
Problem-solving skills and previous experience in a retail environment.
Ensure appropriate rotation of stock when placing it back in storeroom locations.
