Alongside the Clinical Leadership team, you will support the delivery of the local, regional and national priorities as well as manage the resource allocations.Operationally you will provide leadership that builds high performing, outcome driven hospital and specialist service delivery systems that deliver on the expectations of Health New Zealand. Your experience should include a strong background in healthcare leadership with a focus on delivering exceptional services.Extensive senior executive health sector experience in varied environments (approx. 10-15 years)Minimum 10 years Hospital or specialist service delivery experience at a senior levelProven experience successfully leading diverse teams through change and achieving improved resultsAdept at navigating complex challenges, driving continuous improvement, and achieving against a broad set of targetsA commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
