Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, overseeing workflows and project management.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and operational leader with a proven ability to foster strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and oversee systems, bringing a team approach to our work.
About You: You will work closely with the national team to achieve project goals, engaging in cross-functional collaboration to ensure team members are aligned to customer requirements.
You will bring exceptional communication and leadership skills, an understanding of business performance against its goals and proactively managing targets being achieved.
