With strong foundations and a new strategy, you will have a key role in our transformation and growth journey.About the RoleReporting to our passionate Chief Executive Officer, will redesign and manage the Operations functions, including Tank Assets and Lubricants, establishing a high-performing Regional Hub model. This pivotal role oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and managing projects and channels effectively. The COO will lead a team consisting of the Head of Logistics and four Regional Operations Managers, driving operational excellence and ensuring consistent, customer-centric service. You will be responsible for:· Leading the largest function of the business· Driving operational excellence· Embedding our new regional hub model and ensuring success· Maintaining a high customer centric service· Building and maintaining high performing teams and positive team cultures· Ensuring the smooth operations of all day to day delivery· Manage and mitigate risks in collaboration with the GM People, Safety, and Environment.About YouThis is a challenging role that requires proven operational experience, preferably in the fuel or transport sector (10+ years).
