As the financial leader of the organisation, the CFO provides the Leadership Team with financial advice to enable strong governance, and to ensure implications and options for the utilisation of Kia Mau Festival resources are well understood.The CFO will lead the development of a framework that can guide the evolving funding needs of Kia Mau Festival.The CFO is part of the senior leadership team that reports to the Kia Mau Trust Board and works with the Kia Mau Trust accountant.As a key financial position, this role is expected to contribute to and lead system initiatives that improve financial management across the organisation.
