The Group is now after a CFO to join their collaborative team.
The role:
This wide-ranging CFO role encompasses both strategic oversight and hands-on management, ensuring that all financial functions align with the company's goals. With direct accountability to the Board, the CFO will oversee comprehensive financial administration, ranging from accounting and systems management to providing insightful financial analysis. The position also involves collaboration with management to guide financial planning, helping to inform decisions that support profitability and growth.
Responsibilities also include overseeing the payroll, accounts payable, and receivable functions as performed by the Administration Manager, as well as tax matters and maintaining the fixed asset register. This varied role calls for a leader who can bridge high-level strategic financial planning with practical day-to-day management to drive the company's financial health and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate:
A qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA), you will naturally see the big-picture and have the experience and successful track record to commercially back it up. You will ideally have experience in the trade or construction sector and understand the complexities of a family business.
You will be a multi-tasker with a strong eye for detail, more than capable of preparing accurate, timely and compliant financial accounts.
A forward-thinking collaborator you will show initiative and communicate well forming strong working relationships. Influencing skills are key.
