Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Employment Type: Full timeTe Tohu o Te Ora o Ngati Awa is one of the largest Iwi providers of Integrated social, health and education services in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.We are looking for an experienced financial leader to join our Finance Team as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), supporting the Chief Executive Officer, Board and Executive Leadership Team.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will be a key contributor to ongoing strategy development, whilst driving increased levels of financial rigour and accountability. A key function of the role is to provide strategic direction on all matters relating to the Organisation's financial appropriations and the identification of financial risks and opportunities. The CFO is the advisor on matters relating to the financial performance of the Organisation.
