About the Role
Reporting to our passionate Chief Executive Officer, you will refine our business strategy, shape and lead financial strategy and ensure effective governance across the business. As Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for:
Leading the reconfigured finance function
Oversight of company secretarial responsibilities
Corporate governance
Financial management (including raising capital, treasury management, financial accounting and reporting, major investments, and economic modelling)
Enterprise risk management and compliance
Information technology and sustainability portfolios
About You
This is a challenging role that requires proven senior financial management (10+ years) and executive experience. In addition, our ideal candidate will be:
Seasoned with change and leading and transforming teams
Execution focused and able to work autonomously, with a high level of motivation
Focused on achieving targets and comfortable with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
Able to manage a range of responsibilities and projects, with excellent time management
A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
Adept at problem solving, analysis and negotiation
Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, or similar
Our preferred candidate would be situated in Tauranga, however we are open to receiving applications from other regions in New Zealand.
