Building on a solid foundation; your role will be to assess, analyse, and enhance financial reporting & insights to support continued growth and commercial decision-making.
You will lead and mentor a Finance team, providing guidance, ongoing development and building their presence across the wider business.You will provide financial strategy & leadership across:Manufacturing & Operations.Sales, Marketing, and new marketsBusiness process and continuous improvementBusiness planning, recommendations and scenario modelling supporting the CEO & COO.This is a rewarding and challenging role for a growth-orientated CFO.
