Having attained steady growth for the last 5 years, they are now keen to take this one step further as we head into 2025.Your new roleYou will be working closely with the CEO and his executive team in developing strategic business plans in collaboration with the board.
This varied and interesting role is likely to develop and shift over time; however, your main duties and responsibilities will include:Building and maintaining a high-performing nation-wide finance team with 6 direct reportsOverseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow, and overall financial complianceRisk management and mitigationPreparing and presenting board reports adding interest and insightsDeveloping and implementing the organisation's long-term financial strategyIdentifying and exploring potential M&A opportunities across ANZThe successful candidateIn order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold a relevant tertiary qualification (i.e.
CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).
You will also have a minimum of 10 years' experience post-qualification, ideally in a blue-collar industry.
You'll be a confident communicator with a natural affinity for turning numbers into a story.
