SCNZ also holds a special relationship with Save the Children Australia and Save the Children Fiji, working collaboratively to achieve greater impact for children across the Pacific.The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing clear leadership and direction for SCNZ. You will work closely with the Board and guide the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement effective business strategies while fostering a positive organisational culture that creates value for all stakeholders. Under your watch, SCNZ will enhance its role as an effective advocate for the rights of children, working in collaboration with key funders and providers to develop and monitor high quality programmes both domestically and globally.The successful candidate will be an empowering and proven senior people leader, commercially savvy with the ability to grow the success of this organisation.
