The CEO will lead teams across multiple bases, including Wellington, Christchurch, Greymouth, and Kaikoura, and will drive business expansion across a variety of high-growth sectors.
This is a senior leadership position requiring a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for aviation and a track record in business development, operations, and team leadership.We are looking for a Leader who:Resonates with our values.Is a people-person, a team player who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within aviation or related sectors.Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability goals.In-depth knowledge of aviation operations, including compliance with CAA regulations and Part 135 standards.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client and stakeholder management.Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational excellence capabilities.With bases throughout New Zealand, our CEO Commercial Operations will be required to travel away from Christchurch including at times on weekends and after hours.Health and Safety is what we do, on the ground and in the air.
