For further information, please visit: www.comtrust.org.nzKey ResponsibilitiesWith an office based in Timaru and travelling across the region, you will lead the Trust in its exciting next phase of growth by delivering transformative impact across the Timaru, Ashburton, Mackenzie and Waimate districts. Your ability to engage community groups and understand their core needs will be essential, as will your ability to cultivate and maintain networks with similar purpose led organisations throughout the region. Collaborating closely with the Trustees, you will contribute to the expanding development and direction of the Trust's social and impact investing programme while having responsibility for its successful implementation. You will additionally be responsible for the financial, human resources, marketing and administrative activities of a small but highly agile team. Additionally, you will manage the Trust's Geraldine Health Hub property and oversee the running of Community House. An ability to drive innovative profile-raising opportunities and be the public face of the Trust will be imperative to your success.Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to challenge the status quo along with proven experience in senior leadership roles. Your exceptional communication skills and strong commercial mindset are essential as you build credible long lasting relationships with a range of stakeholders and deliver positive impact in the community. The successful candidate will ideally showcase leadership experience in a purpose led or commercially innovative environment.
