The Foundation scales up science, innovation and outreach to improve marine biodiversity and ecosystem health, thereby promoting a healthy ocean for a healthy future.About the Role:This is a full-time role based on Auckland waterfront. There is a staff team of five and it works primarily in New Zealand, but also leverages Peter and Blair's international engagements in sailing through its charity partnership with the New Zealand SailGP team and wider ocean sports. This role exists to drive impactful programmes, build partnerships, secure funding, and elevate the organisation's profile to achieve sustainable, measurable outcomes in ocean conservation.
