ABOUT THE ROLE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Co-ordinating and maintaining equipment control of Chep and Loscam palletsPallet reconciliationsResolving pallet rejections, discrepancies and ensuring accuracyEnsuring pallet systems are up to date and managed weeklyMonitor pallet accuracy of outbound consignments Educate team members regarding pallet processes and proceduresLiaise with customers, drivers, and AgentsIssues and dehiresData entry of pallet docketsFiling of pallet paperworkProvide support service to the transport team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Pallet control experience is necessaryComputer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)A positive attitude and passion for motivating a teamOutstanding people and communication skillsGreat organisational skills and attention to detailBe professional and be able to work under pressureMust be a problem solverIn return we offer a great environment to work in, a discount on food products, free life insurance, discounted Southern Cross, free parking and a wellness bonus!
