Part Time Application Closes 15 Nov 2024 Waikato - Hamilton City Manager We are seeking an organized and proactive National Manager to oversee and manage various operational, administrative, and financial aspects of Chemwash. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and maintain clear communication with directors and shareholders. This job is NOT required to be based in the Waikato, it can be done from anywhere in New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: Secretarial Duties: Prepare notices, agendas, and minutes for company meetings, including Director's Meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Manage company correspondence and documentation. Event Coordination: Arrange venues, coordinate catering, and manage logistics for AGMs and other meetings. Liaise with venues, speakers, and sponsors for the annual company conference. Shareholder Management: Handle the issuance and processing of documentation related to shareholder activities, maintain an up-to-date shareholder database, and ensure communication with stakeholders. Communication: Regularly inform directors and shareholders about business matters through email updates and newsletters. Maintain professional communication with industry stakeholders. Financial Management: Oversee the management fee invoicing process, manage the company's bank accounts, prepare financial reports, and coordinate with external accountants. General Management: Handle customer queries, manage insurance processes, and support directors with additional tasks as required. Skills & Experience Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills. Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., Xero). Experience in event planning and coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Benefits: Flexible working hours (20-30 hours per month). $1,800 per month compensation. Remote work with occasional travel for meetings and events.
