Chef With At Least 2 Years Experience In A La Carte Dining

We are an iconic restaurant bar in Pukekohe, serving great food and drinks.
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our established kitchen team.
You must be in New Zealand to apply for this role, overseas applicants need not apply You must have a willingness to work and maintain our high standards Duties of the successful applicant will include: You must have at least 2-3 years of solid experience in a  busy a la carte restaurant.
Our ideal candidate will be capable of the following •Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen •Ensuring a high standard of food and service for an excellent dining experience •Communicating with front of house to provide a high standard of customer care •Ensuring that Health & Safety, Food Hygiene standards are upheld •Ensuring efficient stock rotation to minimize waste and reduce food costs •Must be happy to work weekends, public holidays and split shifts as per a weekly roster.
