Chef Wanted

Seven Hills is a busy eatery located in Takapuna, North Shore.
We are currently seeking an experienced chef of Vietnam cruise to join our busy but friendly team.
Location of Work: Auckland     Type of employment: Full-time, at least 30 hours per week  Days required: Roster shifts and must be able to work on weekend Pay: $30 per hour   Key Responsibilities:   Order, stock-take, and check the quality of incoming stock and ensure the fresh food and ingredients are fresh and stored at the right temperature Carry out the full range of cooking tasks, prepare and cook high-quality dishes Showing and advising cooking techniques and procedures Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment Adhering to all health and safety regulations Menu planning and costing Keeping up to date with the latest culinary trends and techniques   Requirements:  At least one year of experience in the restaurant/dining sector  A relevant certificate/qualification in Vietnam cruise   An ability to multitask and time management skills Good communication and leadership Maintaining high standards of personal and workplace hygiene An ability to work as a versatile individual within a team
