Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities Establishing, maintaining and monitoring quality customer service practices
Effectively managing the cost of goods and/or food within the workplace
Leading and managing an effective team
The management, development, and execution of functions and their menus
Ensuring the contract is compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets.
He Korero Mou / About You Have proven experience in managing successful teams
The ability to identify contract retention and new business opportunities
NZQA Level 4 Cookery or equivalent and NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168)
Have in depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and ability to apply principles.
Be computer literate - ability to use IT systems to maintain efficient operations.
